Strangely, the richer reaches the richest state, the poorest getting worser & the middle class just fumble as cat on the wall. The best way to clear inequalities is improving the occupational opportunities like provision of water for domestic & agricultural[ means- rain water harvesting on land & sea surface, flood & rain water diversion & storage above land & regulated supplies to remote uphill lands thus maximizing land use, co operative farming with modern tools & machinery & co operative selling], standardized long term tariffs for power, energy & fuels] social security schemes, health care support etc can make more meaning in peoples life.
